The times that I get emotionally ‘disoriented’, entertain fantasies—I can allude that to a computer hanging. As I hit refresh or using the Task Manager to cut off “Not Responding” programs, so should it be with my mind/heart. I need to get back to reality as quick as possible for me to avoid ’emotional crashes’. So, how do I hit my heart’s refresh button now? What’s the Ctrl+Alt+Del-equivalent shortcut for my mind’s Task Manager? I guess I need it this instant.
